Our Company
Grounded in Malaysia. Focused on AI that works.
We started Nusantara Logic because we saw too many organisations either overwhelmed by AI hype or uncertain about where to begin. We wanted to change that.
Back to HomeOur Story
From Subang Jaya, building AI capacity across Malaysia
Nusantara Logic was established in Subang Jaya, Selangor, with a straightforward purpose: to make artificial intelligence adoption accessible, ethical, and genuinely useful for Malaysian businesses — regardless of their existing technical maturity.
Our founding team came from backgrounds in enterprise software, organisational development, and applied machine learning. What united us was a shared frustration with the gap between what AI could offer and what organisations were actually experiencing on the ground — long implementation timelines, poor change management, and tools that didn't account for local language or cultural context.
We structured Nusantara Logic around three core services that address the most common starting points: deploying conversational AI, building workforce literacy, and diagnosing where automation genuinely fits. Each service is designed to be standalone or to work in sequence, depending on where your organisation is in its journey.
Mission
To help Malaysian organisations adopt AI in a way that is considered, responsible, and aligned with how their people actually work.
Vision
A Malaysia where AI integration is driven by genuine capability, not vendor pressure — and where the benefits are felt at every level of an organisation.
Approach
We listen first. We bring structure without rigidity. And we treat your team as the experts in your own context, with us providing the frameworks and technical capability to move things forward.

Standards & Practices
How we hold ourselves to account
Every engagement at Nusantara Logic is governed by a set of professional principles we hold to consistently.
PDPA Compliance
All data handling within client engagements is aligned with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We establish clear data processing agreements at the outset of every project.
Confidentiality by Default
Non-Disclosure Agreements are standard for all client relationships. Client information, workflows, and strategic details are never shared externally.
Ethical AI Principles
We follow internationally recognised responsible AI frameworks, ensuring human oversight is maintained in all automated systems we help design and deploy.
Structured Delivery
Every engagement follows a defined project structure with clear milestones, documentation requirements, and review checkpoints — so progress is always visible to stakeholders.
Client Communication Standards
We commit to responding to client queries within one business day and to proactive communication whenever project timelines or scope may be affected.
Knowledge Transfer
All projects conclude with comprehensive documentation, handover sessions, and resources designed to give your internal team confidence and independence going forward.
AI integration expertise rooted in the Malaysian business environment
The Malaysian business landscape presents a distinctive context for AI adoption. Multilingual communication, a mix of formal and informal organisational cultures, strong relationship-based decision-making, and a regulatory environment shaped by local legislation all influence how AI tools need to be configured and introduced. Generic AI implementation frameworks imported from Western markets often fall short when applied without local adaptation.
Nusantara Logic's work is shaped by direct experience with these realities. Our team has worked across SMEs in Petaling Jaya, mid-sized manufacturers in Shah Alam, professional services firms in KL Sentral, and government-linked organisations throughout Selangor — each with their own culture, constraints, and communication norms.
This experience informs how we structure every engagement: from the way we run discovery workshops to how we design training materials and configure dialogue flows. The result is AI adoption that holds up in practice, not just in pilot conditions.
