Do we need to have a technical team to work with Nusantara Logic?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us without an in-house AI or data team. We adapt our communication and process to match your organisation's existing technical capacity and build understanding progressively throughout the engagement.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It varies depending on the service. A Conversational AI Deployment typically spans four to eight weeks. The Employee AI Literacy Program runs across modular sessions that can be spread over six to twelve weeks. Process Mapping engagements usually take three to five weeks from initial analysis to final recommendations.
What platforms and tools do you integrate with?
We work with a wide range of CRM, helpdesk, and workflow platforms commonly used across Malaysia — including Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot, and various local enterprise systems. During our requirements phase, we map your existing tech stack and identify the most suitable integration path.
Is our company data kept safe during these engagements?
Yes. Data handling protocols are established at the start of every engagement. We operate within PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines and do not retain client data beyond the agreed project scope. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is standard for all client relationships.
Can we start with just one service and expand later?
Absolutely. Many clients begin with the AI Literacy Program to build internal understanding before moving on to deployment or process mapping. We are comfortable working at whatever pace suits your organisation, and our engagements are designed to be independent or complementary.
What happens after the engagement ends?
We provide detailed documentation and handover materials for every project. For conversational AI deployments, we offer optional post-launch monitoring packages. For training programs, we can arrange follow-up sessions and refresher modules as your team grows or as AI tools evolve.
